Warm up this winter with our Immune Boosting HEBA Broccoli Soup!
● 3 cups Baby Spinach
● 1 head of broccoli florets
● 2 tbsps HEBA
● 1 yellow onion, chopped
● 1 clove garlic,minced
● 2 Tbsp fresh ginger sliced
● 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
● 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
● 1 cup Chicken Broth
● 1/2 cup cream, full cream milk or coconut milk
● Pinch salt
● Black pepper to taste
● Squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice
● Greek Yogurt thinned with milk to drizzling consistency
1. Saute the onion, garlic and ginger . Then add the HEBA, broth, cream, spices, and bring it to a simmer before adding the broccoli and baby spinach to lightly wilt.
2. Once the broccoli is soft enough transfer the contents of the pot to the blender and blend until smooth and steaming hot.
3. Now add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice. Garnish with greek yoghurt. Pour into a bowl and enjoy hot!
