Banting Blvd’s Savoury Muffin premix is made with wholefood, low carb ingredients. With no gluten, grains or added sugar, you can flavour up these healthy muffins with your favourite ingredients such as spring onion, feta and spinach.

Makes 12 muffins.
Heat oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin tray.
- In a bowl, whisk together 4 Large Eggs and 500ml Full Cream Milk then mix in the Savoury Muffin Premix.
- Add half a cup of your choice of ingredients to the mixture such as vegetables, meat, cheese and spices.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tray and bake for approximately 20-30 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Store chilled.
