Derived from the cocoa bean, Cocoa Powder is rich in antioxidants and essential minerals. It is high in fat, dietary fibre and antioxidants.

Use as a chocolate alternative in baking, desserts and hot chocolate. For a sweeter flavour, use in combination with Xylitol.
