Flaxseeds

Also known as Linseeds. They are rich in Omega-3, high in fibre and contain lignans which have antioxidant qualities. Flaxseeds have a rich nutty flavour and can be eaten whole or ground.

Flaxseeds can be added to foods in cooking and baking to increase your daily nutrient intake. Sprinkle over yoghurt, vegetables and salads.
