The Banting Blvd Seed Cracker Premix is healthy eating and cooking at its best: all you need to do is add water! Made with a delicious mixture of seeds and nuts, this premix is low carb, gluten free and the perfect alternative for processed crackers.

Cooking Instructions

Makes 20 crackers. 

  • Heat oven to 160°C and prepare a baking tray (we recommend using silicon baking mats).
  • In a bowl, mix the Seed Cracker Premix with 250ml Water and leave to thicken for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture onto the baking tray and spread out evenly, approximately ½ cm thick, with no gaps.
  • Bake for 1 hour (rotate tray as oven temperatures may vary).
  • Remove from the oven and gently score into cracker pieces then return to the oven for another 20 minutes or until crispy.
  • Break into pieces & allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
