Sunflower Seeds are creamy, nutty flavoured and rich in essential nutrients such as calcium, magnesium and selenium. They are high in vitamin E and phytosterols which help fight cholesterol.

Eat raw, ground or roasted as a delicious, high protein addition in cooking and baked goods. Toss over salads, vegetables and casseroles.
